JOIN US ON THURSDAY 27TH APRIL AT 5:30PM FOR A 3-HOURS BBQ COURSE CERTIFIED BY WEBER. LEARN HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR BARBECUE AND GET IMMERSED IN THIS HANDS-ON BARBECUING EXPERIENCE.
What to expect:
You will be preparing a variety of dishes on all types of barbecues, including Gas and Charcoal.
Learn about direct and indirect cooking.
All food provided.
Each attendee will get a certificate at the end of the course, along with a recipe booklet and an apron.
Menu:
• Brined pork chops with charred pepper Romesco sauce
• Steak cut potato wedges with roasted garlic aioli
• Asparagus with lemon vinaigrette
• Summer fruit crostata
Welcome dish:
• Cedar planked black bean nachos
Demo dish:
• Rotisserie Picanha with chimichurri board sauce
Your Chef:
Mark Doe will be your certified Weber chef for the course. With over 20 years in the food and hospitality industry Mark will be there to guide you through the learning process and answer any of your questions. Mark has years of experience running his own cookery school so there's no question big or small that he won't be able to answer.
