Delivery Information

At Windyridge Garden Centre, we provide fast, tracked delivery throughout Ireland, along with our own local delivery service across Dublin. Whether you’re ordering garden gifts, homeware, or barbecues, your order is carefully packed and delivered from our garden centre in Dún Laoghaire to your door.

Nationwide Delivery (Ireland)

We deliver nationwide across Ireland using DPD for standard parcels and Transland (via Palletways) for larger palletised items. Please allow one working day for packing, with next working day delivery after dispatch.

Delivery rates:

  • Gift vouchers & seeds (An Post envelope): €1.50
  • Standard parcels (DPD tracked): €6.00
  • Local delivery (within 12 km): €15.00
  • Pallet delivery (Transland / Palletways): €59.00 (Automatically applied at checkout for barbecues and large items. BBQ price does not include assembly.)

DPD deliveries are tracked, and you’ll receive your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. For pallet deliveries with Transland / Palletways, tracking is provided upon dispatch; please allow 5–7 working days for delivery.

Local Delivery – Dublin Area (€15)

We also operate our own local delivery service within approximately 12 km of Windyridge Garden Centre in Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. This service covers areas such as Terenure, Rathgar, Rathmines, Ballsbridge, Ringsend, Sandymount, Bray, Greystones, and surrounding neighbourhoods, and includes all items available in-store or online.

Local deliveries take place Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays:

  • Orders placed Monday–Tuesday → Delivered Wednesday
  • Orders placed Wednesday–Thursday → Delivered Friday
  • Orders placed Friday–Sunday → Delivered Monday

You’ll receive a text message the evening before or morning of delivery with your estimated delivery time and driver contact details.

BBQ Assembly & Delivery (within 15 km)

For customers within 15 km of Windyridge, we offer BBQ assembly and delivery for €59, including free professional assembly before delivery.

Delivery Notifications & Tracking

  • DPD: Tracked next-day delivery once dispatched
  • Transland / Palletways: Tracking provided upon dispatch; allow 5–7 working days
  • An Post: Used for small envelope items such as gift vouchers and seeds
  • Local Delivery: Our driver will contact you directly by text message with your delivery details
