We are more than happy to take your item back*, and we are happy to give a full refund or exchange**. The item must be received by us within a 30 day period and a proof of purchase must be provided.  

For sale items we offer an exchange or credit note. 

If you are returning an online purchase in-store please be sure to provide us with your order number. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Windyridge Garden Centre offers nationwide delivery throughout Ireland & Northern Ireland, including local Dublin van delivery, DPD tracked shipping, pallet delivery for oversized items, and BBQ delivery services from our garden centre in Dún Laoghaire.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, product size, weight, and delivery type.

Local Dublin Van Delivery

We provide our own local delivery service across Dublin and surrounding areas for plants, larger items, outdoor living products, gifts, and homeware.
