The Gozney Hearth Mop (Gozney's M.O.P. stone cleaning tool) is the safest, simplest way to keep your pizza oven stone clean. Developed in-house with professional pizza chefs, it replaces wire brushes, which can shed bristles into the cooking area.

How it works

The dual-purpose head has a stainless steel scraper on one side to loosen burnt-on debris, and a heat-resistant aramid fibre sponge on the other to steam and wipe away residue, ash and spills. The long handle keeps your hands well away from the heat, even in larger ovens.

Key features

Bristle-free design: no loose wires on your cooking stone
Stainless steel scraper for stubborn debris
Removable, replaceable aramid fibre sponge head
Long aluminium and stainless steel handle
Clears food, wood debris and spills from the stone

Compatibility

Suitable for Gozney pizza ovens including Dome, Arc and Tread, and other stone-floored pizza ovens.
