Every order is carefully packed at our garden centre in Dún Laoghaire and delivered throughout Ireland & Northern Ireland.

Developed from inspiration of our holidays in Greece. Memories of sunshine, great seafood and even better street food. Angus & Oink Big Phat Greek Seasoning is packed with the traditional flavours of the sunshine Island, think quality Oregano, Rosemary, Lemon, Cinnamon and Salt.

Delicious for making homemade Angus & Oink Gyros and Souvlaki - grilled chicken, pork or shrimp stuffed into pitas with Greek salad

Apply an even coating, use at approx 3-4% meat weight, or use mixed with with olive oil & lemon juice - leave to marinade for at least 1 hour, but ideally overnight.
