Acer palm. Peve Dave
Acer palmatum 'Peve Dave' is a refined Japanese maple grown for its elegant, finely textured foliage and superb autumn colour. Best in partial shade and sheltered from drying winds, it prefers moist but well‑drained, fertile soil that is slightly acidic to neutral. Its graceful habit makes it an excellent choice as a specimen in borders or courtyards, and it fits naturally into Japanese‑inspired and architectural planting schemes where form and seasonal interest are valued.
To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
