Erysimum Poem Lilac
Erysimum Poem Lilac is a compact, spring-flowering wallflower producing clusters of softly lilac to purple, richly scented blooms above neat green foliage. Ideal for sunny, well-drained borders, containers and spring bedding schemes, it pairs beautifully with tulips and other bulbs and is valuable for pollinators. Grow in full sun or light shade in well-drained, moderately fertile, neutral to alkaline soil (including chalk or sandy sites). Short-lived and often grown as a biennial; deadhead spent blooms to help extend the display.
To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
