Erysimum Leya Rainbow Glow
A compact, short‑lived wallflower selected for generous displays in sunny positions, Erysimum Leya Rainbow Glow thrives in well‑drained, neutral to alkaline soils and is ideal for the front of borders, raised beds and containers. Suited to Ireland’s climate provided excess winter wet is avoided, it is best in full sun with good air circulation; deadhead regularly to prolong the display and keep plants tidy. Often treated as a short‑lived perennial or biennial, replace plants after a few years if they become woody or sparse. Valuable for pollinators and typically reaches around 30–60cm.
To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
