Dianthus Strawberry Cream

Dianthus Strawberry Cream is a compact, semi-evergreen perennial pink forming neat mounds of slender green foliage and producing masses of soft pink-and-cream, bicolour blooms in summer. It thrives in full sun and well-drained, moderately fertile soil, doing best on light, sandy or chalky ground with neutral to alkaline conditions. Ideal for the front of sunny borders, edging, gravel gardens and patio containers; deadhead spent blooms to extend the display and ensure sharp drainage to avoid winter wet.
