Euphorbia Minors Merlot
Euphorbia Minors Merlot is a compact, hardy spurge forming neat mounds of deep burgundy-purple foliage for long-lasting structure and colour. In spring it bears showy yellow-green bracts above the dark leaves, making a striking accent in borders, rock-style plantings and containers. Grow in well-drained, moderately fertile soil in full sun or light shade; once established it copes well with dry conditions. Prune out spent flowering stems after blooming to keep plants tidy, and wear gloves when handling as the milky sap can irritate skin and eyes.
