The Gozney Dome Gen 2.0 in Bone, officially the Dome (Gen 2), is an outdoor pizza oven with room for one 16-inch pizza or two 10-inch pizzas at once. Despite the “dual fuel” name, you can cook with propane gas, wood or charcoal. Use gas for easy flame control, or build a fire when you want to cook with wood or charcoal. There’s also space for roasting pans, vegetables and other outdoor meals.

Room for two pizzas: Cook two 10-inch pizzas together, or make one 16-inch pizza.
Choice of fuel: Use propane gas, wood or charcoal to suit what you’re cooking.
Temperatures at a glance: The digital display shows both oven air and stone temperatures and includes a cook timer.
Two meat probes: Monitor larger dishes without guessing when they’re done.
Steady cooking heat: A lateral rolling flame, three-layer insulation and a 30 mm removable cordierite stone help the oven cook evenly.
