We operate our own delivery service within 12km of the garden centre for €15, for this service we can deliver you any item from Windyridge. 

Outside of this radius we out source couriers, we cannot unfortunately ship a lot of bulkier items such as large pots, composts and many of our more delicate living things.

OpenHive have partnered with Windyridge Nurseries to deliver an exciting new experience for 2024: An Introduction to Beekeeping. Whether you want to learn more about bees or are interested in dipping your toe in the water before getting your own bees, this is a great way to get up close with our native Irish honeybee. The experience runs for three hours and includes an informal talk (about our bees, the beekeeping season, harvesting honey etc.), a honey tasting session and of course hands on practical beekeeping.
