Prunus serr. Kanzan

Prunus 'Kanzan' is a vigorous, deciduous flowering cherry valued for its spectacular spring display of abundant, fully double pink blossom, typically in April. Young leaves open bronze before maturing to green and colouring again in autumn. Grow in full sun and in moderately fertile, moist but well-drained soil. Ideal as a stand‑alone specimen or for avenue planting where space allows.
