Hydrangea pan. 'Limelight' 30-40 CM C5

Hydrangea paniculata ‘Limelight’ is a deciduous, summer‑flowering shrub prized for its large, upright cone-shaped panicles that open a fresh lime-green, soften to creamy white, and often take on soft pink tones into early autumn. Reliable and fully hardy in Ireland, it performs best in sun or light shade on moist but well‑drained, fertile soil, making a striking specimen or a bold addition to mixed borders for late-season colour. Strong stems help the showy blooms stand proud above green foliage, and pruning in late winter or early spring to a framework of buds will encourage vigorous new growth and impressive flower heads in the season ahead.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
