Scabiosa atro. Summer Night is a captivating perennial plant with a compact growth habit that thrives in the Irish climate. It forms a dense clump of foliage and showcases stunning deep purple, almost black, flowers that bloom during the summer months.

Height/Spread: Scabiosa atro. Summer Night typically grows to a height of about 50-60 centimeters (20-24 inches) and spreads up to 40-50 centimeters (16-20 inches).

Position: This plant prefers a sunny location but can tolerate partial shade. It thrives in well-drained soil and is an excellent choice for borders, rock gardens, or containers.

Soil: Scabiosa atro. Summer Night prefers moderately fertile, loamy soil with good drainage. It can tolerate a range of soil pH levels but thrives in slightly acidic to neutral soil conditions.
