Rhododendron Wine and Roses

A compact evergreen azalea valued for its profuse spring display and neat year‑round foliage. Best in partial shade with shelter from cold, drying winds, it prefers acid, humus‑rich, moist but free‑draining soil; avoid lime and use rainwater for irrigation in hard‑water areas. Ideal for containers with ericaceous compost or at the front of borders in woodland or Asian‑inspired plantings. Deadhead after flowering and mulch annually to conserve moisture.
