- Tex-Mex smash burger with spicy ketchup, guacamole,
- American cheese and jalapenos
- Elotes – Grilled Mexican corn
- Seasoned vegetable fries
- Sticky rotisserie pineapple with lime and coconut yogurt
- Flat iron steak with spicy chimichurri
When and where is the course taking place?
The course will take place on Thursday 29/06/24 at 5:30PM in our BBQ centre at the top of the car park in Windyridge. It run for approx 2.5hrs.
How do I book a place on the course?
Your can pay online or in the garden centre. You will not need to bring a ticket. Simply give your name at the BBQ centre when you arrive and one of our staff will check you in.
What types of BBQs are on the course?
You will learn to cook on a range of Weber BBQs including gas, charcoal, pellet smokers and even electric Barbecues as well as a range of Weber accessories.
Who will be teaching the course?
Guiding you through your course will Mark Doe a Weber trained chef with over 20 years experience in the food and hospitality industry. Mark runs his very own cookery school in Kerry and will be able to answer all of your BBQ questions as well as showing you a few of his own tips and tricks to create the perfect back yard dishes!
