JOIN US ON THURSDAY 25th MAY AT 5:30PM FOR A 3-HOURS BBQ COURSE CERTIFIED BY WEBER. LEARN HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR BARBECUE AND GET IMMERSED IN THIS HANDS-ON BARBECUING EXPERIENCE.
What to expect:
You will be preparing a variety of dishes on all types of barbecues, including Gas and Charcoal.
Learn about direct and indirect cooking.
All food provided.
Each attendee will get a certificate at the end of the course, along with a recipe booklet and an apron.
Menu:
• Brined pork chops with charred pepper Romesco sauce
• Steak cut potato wedges with roasted garlic aioli
• Asparagus with lemon vinaigrette
• Summer fruit crostata

• Cedar planked black bean nachos

Outside of this radius we out source couriers, we cannot unfortunately ship a lot of bulkier items such as large pots, composts and many of our more delicate living things.
