Well suited to small gardens, rockeries and mixed borders, it is best planted in full sun in Ireland in well-drained, preferably acidic soil; avoid poorly drained or very alkaline ground. Once established it requires little maintenance beyond removing any wayward shoots to maintain its neat outline.\u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003cp style=\"margin-top:32px;margin-bottom:8px;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height.
